practical conditions:
Because of high operating costs of a part washing machine from a automobile supplier a maintenance and cleaning plant had to be designed.
Small life times of the washing water caused high costs for disposal and cleaning agents. The washing machine got muddy very fast and caused a great deal of work for cleaning the machine.

function specification:
The washing water is continuously filtered by an Leiblein-inclined filter. The separated sludge is discharged automatically into a sludge tank. The filtered medium is collected in the filtrate tank and is pumped back to the washing machine.
One part of the medium is cleaned by a Leiblein-lamella coalescence separator in bypass. Here the floating particles (e.g. free oil), the settleable particles and heavy oils are separated and discharged into the waste container.
The whole plant is made in stainless steel. To minimize heat loss the responsible components are insulated. Because of environmental protection regulations the plant is installed in a drip tray.
