One partner - new ways in the manufacture of central plants

The Leiblein Leiblein company developed in the last years several special plants for clarification and treatment of cooling lubricants. All the solutions are adapt to the wishes of the customer and to the situation on site.

The common thing of all the solutions was: no muddy pumps. All the rising fine sludge is removed continuously from the tanks. The processes and components like Leiblein inclined filter and magnetic separator had to be fit together in an optimal composition.

Because of the special design of the plant and the careful treatment of the emulsion a comprehensive design concept was realized. Beside the demands of the manufacturing (metal cutting / grinding) the central point of the concept was especially the careful treatment of the emulsion.

At company in Untergruppenbach (southern Germany) this philosophy was realized into a plant. In the work gear components are grinded and also prototypes are produced. An emulsion flow rate of 60 m³/h had to be provided.

The special advantages of the plant are a low foamy emulsion, removing of foreign oils and a pressure independent replacing station.

For conveying the cooling lubricant only frequency controlled pumps are fitted. Only the needed amount of energy is used. This save costs and protect the environment.

Besides the central plant also the disposal equipment was delivered by Leiblein company. A Leiblein coalescence separator with flow rate of 1.5 m³/h removes oils and also solid particles / sludge from the waste water. So the sewage odour and also the muddy of the 20 m³ waste water tank is reduced to a minimum.

For oil, emulsion, steel filings and aluminium filings Leiblein company installed four disposal stations. The filings are disposed with chutes into containers. Depending of the filling level of the containers the chutes swing automatically. This cause an optimal filling of the containers.

The Leiblein company delivered a complete solution about cleaning and provide emulsions, and components for separate disposal. The customers desire - only one partner - Leiblein company could satisfy, without any problems of intersection.
