The magnetic separator is used to clean coolants from ferritic particles.

The Leiblein-magnetic separator works fully automatically. The emulsion flows evenly against the direction of rotation of the magnet drum, which possesses an increased surface by particularly trained polyrings. The extremely strong permanent magnets separate reliably the ferritic particles from contaminated liquids. The particles tightened by the magnet (both magnetic and non-magnetic connected with them) are separated surely by the separator from the magnet and collected over a chute in the solid container.
The efficient filter is characterised by the simple and durable structure. The permanent magnet in connection with a durable high-grade steel construction ensure a high degree of separation and a long life span. We refer the magnet elements from considerable German manufacturers; by this fact we can guarantee that the assigned magnets correspond to always em newest state of the art.

When a large flow rate is neccessary, chain magnetic separators are used.

In this design, magnetic bars move through a tank and separate the ferritic particles from the coolant.
